Crushed Lava Rock Bonsai Soil

Crushed lava rock is a great soil substrate for bonsai, providing both drainage as well as some moisture retention. It is ph neutral and makes a great additive in many soil mixtures and helps promote root growth. Supplied for use in bonsai soil mix, it is also highly suitable for use in succulent and cacti soil mix.

Great for use as a soil additive or a top dressing.

Supplied in 1 Litre bags, our crushed lava rock is available in three graded grain sizes:

• Small, graded for grain size of 3mm
• Medium, graded for grain size of 5mm
• Large, graded for grain size of 7mm

Our soils are now provided in biodegradable bags with a recycled paper label. Beechfield Bonsai aims to minimise our environmental impact throughout all areas of our business.
