How Long Will It Take?
Once we dispatch your parcel, you will receive an email from us notifying you.
- For 1st class parcels, Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels the next working day, including Saturdays.
- For 2nd class parcels, Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels in two or three working days, including Saturdays.
Please note that Bank holidays and weekends will increase the delivery time.
Other Important Information
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver once. If you are not at home a card should be left to explain the location of your parcel and the options available to you.On occasions, it has been known for Royal Mail to not leave a card and we advise you to check with your local post office and/or delivery office to ascertain if your parcel is there.
When a parcel that is shipped via recorded delivery, we will provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number which will look something like FQ123456789GB.

For both 1st and 2nd class parcels, Royal Mail will not consider a parcel is lost until 10 working after its delivery was expected. We do however urge you to contact us should you not be able to locate your parcel after 5 working days after the expected delivery date.
